At Zepeda Sports Performance, our mission is to help athletes achieve their goals through safe, effective and purposeful training.

We use proven methods to enhance motor control, build muscle, and ultimately elevate performance.

We believe the weightroom is more than just a place to lift, it’s a key tool for preparing for the demands of sport and preventing injury. Whether you’re on the field, court, track or anywhere in between, our training is designed to make sure you’re ready for whatever life throws (or kicks) your way.

With over 16 years of experience on the field and in the net in the other football.My knowledge and experience is applied specifically to the Goalkeeper position.

How Our Training Sessions Work

Come see me at one of our available locations.

RSVP is not required but is appreciated. Be sure to check the specific practice times for different age groups. A typical session can include up to 8 people.

NOTE: These are 45 minute sessions with a 10 minute Q&A.
After-session workouts can be personalized for an additional fee.

When attending a minimum of 2 sessions per week PLUS some strength training already in place, you may see a difference in as little as 4 weeks.

At our first session, we will go through some baseline tests in order to register evidence of improvement after 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 8 weeks, etc.

PERSONALIZED WORKOUTS

After a complimentary 30-minute consultation, I can personalize an after-session workout based on your athletic background, injury history, and specific performance needs. This is an ADD-ON service when attending scheduled sessions.

First-Time Consultation Fee: Complimentary

Personalized Workout Fee: TBD per client

PLEASE NOTE: The personalized workout is intended to enhance your bi-weekly sessions, NOT replace them. This is extra training to enhance performance between sessions.
